To comply with new federal regulations designed to increase pricing transparency and help prevent deceptive ticketing practices, all ticket prices will now be displayed inclusive of applicable fees. In some cases, additional fees may apply due to contractual obligations and will be printed on your ticket.
Postal Delivery
Tickets can be mailed via U.S. Postal Service up to 10 days before the performance.
Will Call Pickup
Tickets may be picked up at the Box Office during regular business hours or before the performance. Tickets purchased within nine days of a performance will automatically be held at Will Call unless electronic delivery is requested.
Mobile Ticketing or Print-at-Home
Tickets can be delivered to your email, Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet approximately six hours before the performance. A purchase confirmation email will be sent immediately after checkout.
Whether purchasing online, by phone, or in person, please verify the event, date, and time on your tickets. If you notice a discrepancy, contact the Box Office at 586-286-2222 as soon as possible.
Tickets will be scanned for entry.
The Box Office will be open before performances to assist with ticketing questions, ticket issues, and last-minute purchases.

Disruptive Behavior
The Macomb Center reserves the right to remove any patron whose behavior is disruptive or disorderly.
Photography, Cell Phones & Recording Devices
Performance-specific photography policies are posted in the lobby. Flash photography, recording devices, selfie sticks, and tripods are prohibited for the safety of performers and the enjoyment of fellow patrons.
Children & Family Attendance
Not all performances are suitable for young children. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, parents may be asked to remove children who become disruptive. Children are encouraged to attend designated family performances. Strollers are not permitted in the theater, and all children, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Theater Opening
Theater doors typically open 30 minutes prior to the performance.
Late Arrivals
Late-arriving patrons may be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate and safe break in the performance for seating.
Discounts
Only one discount may be applied per ticket.

Inclement Weather
Performances are held as scheduled unless weather prevents artists from reaching the venue. If a performance is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date.

Lost items are turned over to Macomb Community College Police. Call 586.286.2123 for assistance.
Lost Tickets
Contact the Box Office at 586.286.2222. Once your purchase is verified, replacement tickets can be issued.
Military Discounts
Active-duty and retired military personnel may qualify for discounts. Contact the Box Office for details.
Out-of-State Orders
Orders placed outside Michigan are held at Will Call and may be claimed by the account holder with valid photo ID.

Programming varies in content and suitability. Patrons are encouraged to review event information before purchasing tickets.
Senior Discounts

Accessibility Services
The Macomb Center is committed to providing an accessible experience for all guests. Services include wheelchair-accessible seating, assisted listening devices, large-print programs, accessible parking, and sign language interpretation when available. Tobacco-Free Campus
Macomb Community College is tobacco-free. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in and around venue entrances. Limited designated smoking areas are available on campus.
Third-Party Ticket Sellers
The Macomb Center Box Office and MacombCenter.com are the only authorized ticket sources for events at the venue. Tickets purchased from third-party sellers may be invalid, overpriced, or subject to excessive fees. The Macomb Center cannot guarantee entry, issue refunds, or provide event notifications for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.
Fraud Prevention
The Macomb Center reserves the right to cancel suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and purchasers will be notified by email. For assistance, call 586.286.2222.
